The program PERFOMaster3000 is a powerful and easy to use philatelic tool. It is used for measuring stamps.

By simply scanning in your stamp or importing an image file of your stamp, PERFOMaster3000 will be able to measure the perforations of your stamp. In the automatic mode the stamp is aligned (rotated), cut and measured automatically by the program. The individual steps of the automatic program can also be executed manually.

In addition PERFOMaster3000 allows the electronic measuring of lengths, widths and distances within the stamp. The results can be printed out as a certificate.
